CDH

CDH is short for a condition known as congenital diaphragmatic hernia. It is a birth defect that occurs in approximately 1 in 2,000 to 3,000 births.

Lasix – brand name of the drug furosemide; a potent diuretic that greatly increases urine output (generally).

Lipids – fats; fluid high in calories administered via IV for nutrition/nourishment.
